Vertical Slurry Pump
The SP series submersible slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal pump specifically designed for conveying high-concentration, highly abrasive slurries containing solid particles. Its unique “submersible installation” structure allows for start-up without priming, making it particularly suitable for applications with large liquid level fluctuations, limited installation space, or long-distance vertical transport. This series is widely used in mine tailings, power plant ash, coal washing plants, and chemical and environmental protection fields, making it the preferred equipment for solving the problem of conveying slurries in deep pits and pools.

- Vertical Submersible Design, Strong Self-Priming Capacity: The pump body operates directly submerged in the liquid, eliminating the need for a foot valve and priming, ensuring rapid and reliable start-up.
- Clog-Free Flow Channel Design: The impeller adopts an open or semi-open structure, with a wide flow channel that allows larger diameter solid particles to pass through
- Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant flow components: Depending on the media characteristics, high-chromium alloy (Cr27), rubber lining, or ceramic composite materials can be selected. High-chromium alloy is suitable for highly abrasive conditions; rubber lining is suitable for fine-particle, mildly corrosive media; ceramic composites offer both wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Optimized bearing and sealing system
- Bearings: Heavy-duty ball bearings are used, equipped with grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication systems. Some models are equipped with cooling water jackets.
- Sealing: Flexible shaft seal options include packing seals, mechanical seals, or auxiliary impeller dynamic seals.
- Convenient installation and maintenance: The pump body and motor are directly connected via a coupling, resulting in a compact structure and small footprint.
