AH Slurry Pump

Core Structural Design

  • Double Casing and Wear-Resistant Liner: Utilizes a horizontal, vertical split-case, double-casing structure. Both the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal liners. The liners can be used until they wear through, effectively extending maintenance cycles and reducing operating costs.
  • Heavy-Duty Bearing Assembly: The bearing assembly adopts a cylindrical structure, facilitating adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate. It can be completely removed for maintenance. The bearings are heavy-duty single-row or double-row tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, capable of withstanding the maximum axial and radial loads of the pump under harsh operating conditions.
  • Flexible Outlet Direction: The pump’s outlet position can be rotated and installed at eight different angles at 45-degree intervals according to actual installation requirements, providing great flexibility.

Project Highlights

Diverse Sealing and Transmission Methods

  • Shaft Seal Types: To adapt to different working environments, various shaft seal types are available, including packing seals, auxiliary impeller seals (centrifugal seals), and mechanical seals.
  • Transmission methods: Supports V-belt drives (including CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR, etc.), flexible coupling drives, gear reducer drives, hydraulic coupling drives, frequency converters, and thyristor speed regulation, to meet the speed and flow requirements under different operating conditions.

Superior Performance Characteristics

  • High Efficiency and Wear Resistance: Various wear-resistant metal materials can be selected for the flow-through components, and the wear-bearing thickness has been increased, resulting in excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
  • Wide Performance Range: It has good cavitation performance and high operating efficiency. It can transport highly abrasive slurries in low-flow, low-head areas and lightly abrasive slurries in high-head, high-flow areas.
  • Multi-Stage Series Connection: Within the maximum allowable operating pressure range, AH slurry pumps can be used in multiple stages in series to meet the needs of long-distance transportation.

Typical Application Scenarios

AH slurry pumps are ideal for handling harsh conveying conditions. Typical applications include:

  • Mineral Processing and Metallurgy: Conveying concentrates, tailings, and underflow in non-ferrous and ferrous mines.
  • Coal Industry: Heavy media coal preparation processes, conveying coal slime and heavy media coal in coal preparation plants.
  • Power Industry: Hydraulic ash and slag removal systems in power plants, blast furnace slag removal.
  • Chemical and Building Materials: Conveying chemical and mining slurries, cement plant slurries.
